GSLog Telemetry Tool Kit

GSLog: Telemetry Toolkit

Telemetry that is thoughtfully designed is what makes the resulting software easier to monitor and maintain. The GSLog telemetry subsystem works better for our needs. We use it in developing software that serves the small Mom and Pop companies as well as the enterprise sized corporations we have worked for or contracted with.

Really when you get down to it. It matters little which tool you use to write the telemetry. It matters more How you use the tool that writes your telemetry and What you write. This telemetry toolkit comes in 2 component/products as seen below. This toolkit assists you in designing the dynamic monitoring of specific portions of your application that are reactive in real time.

GSLog Telemetry Writer
This telemetry writer is easier to use and adapts to the project you are working on. Be it a Web application, a Microsoft Windows application or Mobile Device app. When used with the sibling EZ Log Viewer tool, the GSLog telemetry writer adapts to live situations with no additional programming. GSLog is easier to plug in and configure than other telemetry writers.

In addition to downloading the component here, you can obtain this component via the Visual Studio nuGet utility by looking up EZ-Log.GSLog as the search term.

This software is free to use.

EZ Log Viewer
The EZ Log Viewer software application features: 1) view multiple text files and data base recordsets side by side at the same time, 2) control the telemetry output level your applications produce in real time, and 3) debug and monitor multiple applications from one normal Windows PC workstation. With or without the internet!

The EZ Log Viewer is a personal tool for software developers and data analysts that are serving multiple applications and/or clients. Use this tool by itself and to re-parse and sub-search other monitoring data sources

Cost $69.99 US Dollars after a 6 month trial period.
