I am a hands on guy when it comes to my company’s website. It is the face of my business and I want control of how it looks and feels. I am not really good at programming but know enough about using the tools involved that I have built and maintain my company’s web site. But when it came to an On-Line Order Form that did what I wanted, I had no clue how to make it happen.

I worked with Rob to design and create my web site’s on-line order form. He showed me that almost anything is possible when additional programming is added to a web page. I used to call Rob frequently to make changes to the order form when price changes were made or a product was added or taken off the web site. He got the changes done quickly.

In time when he understood the kind of changes I made frequently, he even designed the programming code so I could make changes to the programming without having to call on him. He has helped me gain an advantage over my competition.

After searching the web for software that would do what I needed and failing to find anything, I approached Rob about creating a product that would suit my business’ needs. He interviewed me and within 3 or 4 weeks he showed me the result. I was amazed. It was so close to what I wanted.

I spoke to him about the changes I felt were needed and he just went right at it and put the changes in. Before long we installed the software at my business location and all my people were happy with it. I really was skeptical about having custom software made for my business. Working with Rob changed my attitude.

I purchased Genesis Software’s “Service Scheduler” software to help me manage our scheduling. The product “off the shelf” was good but I needed some modifications so it would be easier for me to use. Rob listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered the “customized” software in a couple of weeks. Overall the software after it was customized was cheaper to get than if I purchased other scheduling software products that I could have never afforded to have customized.

I purchased Genesis Software’s “Service Scheduler” software in for my cleaning business in 1999. I still use that software today (2007). It really is an amazing product. My wife (who handles my schedule) loves the product because it is easy to use. Rob has customized it specifically for my business. The cost was reasonable and we have asked Rob many times to make small changes to the software as our business needs have changed.

We asked him to create the web site for our new Marble Restoration business. He did exactly what I wanted. Actually I wrote the articles and copy and he just put it all together without any hassle even though some of the things I did, computer wise, made his job more difficult. He could have done much more for us in the way of flashy programming and slick animations, but we wanted something simple and affordable. He made some great suggestions, but was supportive of what we wanted.

Rob’s relationship with our business has evolved so that we trust him and know him to be reliable and reasonable and highly recommend him to our friends and family.

I purchased Genesis Software’s Contact Manager software. Even though there are many similar packages, The design was really easy to use because it was not very complicated and easy to understand. It was just what I needed, and the cost was very affordable. About a year or so after I purchased the software, I needed a minor change. I needed the font changed because my new assistant had a vision problem.

I called Rob and told him what I needed. He made the change and got it to me in a short time period. He even worked with me to make it so that this minor change did not cost me anything. I am happy with his product and his service.
